Visit of delegation from High Election Commission of Egypt to India (16-24 January 2009)

      A five-member delegation from the High Election

 Commission of Egypt, led by Mr. Adel Zaki Andraws, Hon’ble Chairman of the Commission, is currently on a visit to India at the invitation of the Election Commission of India.  The delegation will hold talks and exchange views with the Election Commission of India on electoral systems and practices.  During the visit, other high-level engagements and meetings are also envisaged for the members of the Egyptian delegation.
