    A trade delegation from the Chemical and Allied Products Export Promotion Council of India (CAPEXIL) of India is visiting Egypt from November 29 to December 04, 2008. A business delegation from CAPEXIL delegation had visited Egypt in February 2007. The present incoming delegation is keen to continue forward on the outcome of an earlier visit and will interact with counterpart companies and trade organizations and associations in Egypt.

2.         The CAPEXIL delegation is hosting a Buyer – Seller Meet at the Ramses Ballroom in the Ramses Hilton Hotel 1115 Cornich El Nil, Cairo;  Tel. No. 2577 7444) at  6.00 P.M. on November 30, 2008, which will be followed by a reception. 

3.        The delegation includes Indian companies active in Paper Stationery products, Stones and Granite, Steam-activated Carbon for use in different applications, Zinc Oxide, ATM Rolls and Cheque personalization, and Furniture items. The list of the visiting companies, their profiles and product range is enclosed.

4.      CAPEXIL, set-up in March 1958 by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, consists of over 3500 member-companies across India. They represent a varied product range that includes automobile tyres and tubes, books & publications, bulk minerals and ores, cement, clinkers and asbestos cement products, ceramics & refractories, glass and glasswares, granites, natural stones and products, graphites, electrodes and explosives, miscellaneous products, ossein, glue and gelatine, paints and allied products, paper, board and paper products, plywood and allied products, processed minerals and rubber manufactured products.
