Lecture on "India and Indo-Egyptian Relations – a journalist’s perspective"

At the Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture, Cairo

 

Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture (MACIC) will host a lecture on "India and Indo-Egyptian Relations – a journalist’s perspective" by Mr. Shaker Abdul Fattah, Correspondent, Middle East News Agency at the Center’s premises at 23, Talaat Harb St., Downtown, Cairo, at 6 pm on Thursday, April 26, 2007.

 

Stationed as the MENA correspondent in New Delhi, Mr. Shaker Abdul Fattah was witness to and reported extensively on many significant events and developments in India between 2003 and 2006. In his talk at MACIC, he will share his perceptions and views on India and the relationship between India and Egypt. An eminent journalist, Mr. Shaker Abdul Fattah also has to his credit translations of novels as well as reports of the Strategic Studies Centre.
