Hindi and Urdu Courses

 

    Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture, Embassy of India, Cairo, is launching the following courses in Hindi and Urdu starting from 1st November, '06.

  1. Certificate of Proficiency in Urdu – (Beginners)

  2. Certificate of Proficiency in Hindi – (Beginners)

  3. Diploma of Proficiency in Hindi

Eligibility for Certificate: All interested candidates should have completed secondary school education and submit a copy of the School Certificate.

 

Eligibility for Diploma: Those who have successfully completed Certificate of Proficiency Course held in MACIC or elsewhere and those who have competent knowledge of reading, writing and speaking in theHindi language. The latter will be tested for their competence.

 

THE FOLLOWING IS THE SCHEDULE OF THE COURSES STARTING FROM NOVEMBER 1st, 2006

    All participants will have to come personally to register for the course. FREE REGISTRATION FORMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE RECEPTION COUNTER OF THE CENTRE.  registration for Hindi & Urdu Courses will start from 27th September and will close on 31st October, 2006. registration counter will remain open from 10 am till 2.30 PM ON sundays – thursdays at Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture, (23, Talaat Harb Street-Down Town-CAIRO).

 

The following documents are required for all registration:

 

(1) Two Passport size photographs

(2) Copy of National ID (for Egyptians) / copy of passport with valid visa (non-Egyptians).

(3) A copy of Secondary School Education Certificate in case of admission to Certificate Course and a copy of COP in Hindi issued from MACIC or any suitable certificate issued from elsewhere in case of admission to Diploma Course in Hindi.
