EGYPTIAN SCHOLARS UNDER ICCR SCHOLARSHIPS SCHEMES

 

 

    Over the years, Egyptian scholars and students have studied and graduated from Indian Universities and academic institutions, having availed themselves of scholarships provided by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) under the Cultural Exchange Programme between the Government of India and the Government of Egypt.

 

2.       The Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture (MACIC), Cairo  invites all those scholars to kindly register themselves with MACIC by providing their present contact details in the following format:

4.        It would be the endeavour of Embassy of India, Cairo, and MACIC to maintain constant contact with the Egyptian scholars who are alumni of Indian educational institutions under the scholarship schemes of ICCR and interact with them, in order to explore ways of promoting greater mutual understanding and strengthen relations between the two countries by inviting the scholars and organising functions for honouring them on different occasions. Scholars are requested to register themselves by providing the information with MACIC by 22 May 2006.
