Lecture titled “Globalization and the World’s Future”

at the Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture, Cairo

    The Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture (MACIC) is organizing a lecture titled “Globalization and the World’s Future” by Prof. (Mrs.) Aliaa Redah Rafea.

Prof. Aliaa is Professor of Anthropology at the Department of Sociology, at Ain Shams University. She has been a visiting professor at Randolph-Macon Women’s College, Lynchburg, Virginia, and at the University of Wales. She was also a Visiting Scientist at the Intl. Center for Agriculture Research in Dry Area (ICARDA) in Syria. Prof. Rafea is currently a Consultant in the Dept. of Population and Migration, Arab League.  She has authored a number of books and articles and participated in several seminars and conferences.
