Maulana Azad Memorial Essay Competition

 

To commemorate 60th year of India's independence and the establishment of diplomatic relations between independent India and Egypt, Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture (MACIC), Embassy of India, Cairo is organizing the "Maulana Azad Memorial Essay Competition".

 

The competition is open to all Egyptian students currently registered in a college or university for under-graduate and graduate programmes/ studies. Participants may write the essay, either in English or in Arabic, on any one of the topics listed below. The entries will be judged by an eminent jury and the best three entries will be awarded a cash prize worth EGP 3000, 2000 and 1000, respectively and a Certificate of Appreciation by the Centre.
