A lecture titled "The Panchatantra in Old Literature" at the Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture, Cairo

    At the Maulana Azad Centre for Indian Culture (MACIC) is organizing a lecture titled "The Panchatantra in Old Literature" by Prof. Ahmed Darwish, Vice Dean and Professor of Literature Criticism and Comparative Literature, Faculty of Darul Oloom, Cairo University.

    Prof. Darwish was awarded a Ph. D. in 1982 from Sorbonne University, Paris, for his thesis on "Literature and Human Sciences- Literature Criticism and Comparative Literature"

    The lecture will be delivered at the Centre's premises at 23, Talaat Harb St., Downtown, Cairo, at 6 pm on Monday, June 25, 2007. All are cordially invited.
